Responsibilities
- Oversee third-party engineering consultants to ensure deliverable quality, budget control, and schedule adherence
- Review and approve electrical design deliverables including drawings, technical reports, and material lists
- Ensure all designs comply with industry codes, regulations, and corporate standards
- Design electrical components and interconnects for pump station facilities
- Lead and participate in cross-functional design review meetings, addressing constructability and performance
- Evaluate vendor quotations and recommend technical solutions based on merit, price, and delivery
- Capture and communicate lessons learned and quality incidents to continuously improve project outcomes
- Support departmental initiatives and contribute to operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong problem-solving skills utilizing standards and prior experience
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in liquids pipeline or pump station projects
- Advanced technical evaluation and vendor management skills
- Effective prioritization in time-sensitive environments
