We are looking for an experienced EHR Supportto join a dynamic team in Richmond. This role acts as a bridge between technical operations and clinical support, ensuring the EHR environment is both secure and high-performing.

This position involves a straightforward interview process that can be conducted either in-person or remotely to accommodate your schedule.

What You'll Do

• Secure the System: Manage user access policies, role-based permissions, and identity management (AD, SSO, MFA).
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict alignment with HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational security standards.
• Optimize Support: Provide Tier 1 support for end users and investigate security incidents.
• Drive Strategy: Collaborate on security audits, upgrades, and system maintenance to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  
  

Key Skills We're Looking For

• Core Expertise: 5 years in Oracle Health (Cerner) environments.
• Security Savvy: Proven experience with Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and Identity Management solutions.
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of HIPAA & HITECH regulatory requirements.
• Technical Edge: Familiarity with Discern and CCL is highly desired.
• Analytical Support: 5 years of application support experience with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
