EDI Management & Retailer Integrations
- Manage end-to-end EDI transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 940, and 945 documents
- Maintain and onboard retailer EDI programs (e.g., Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Amazon, grocery and specialty retailers)
- Troubleshoot EDI errors, compliance issues, retailer chargebacks, and testing requirements
- Administer and support EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, CommerceHub, or similar providers
- Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP as the organization’s primary ERP system
- Manage integrations between Dynamics GP, SalesPad, accounting systems, EDI platforms, and warehouse technologies
- Provide day-to-day IT support including hardware, software, network access, and user permissions
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and managed service providers
- Support SalesPad and warehouse-related systems including order processing, inventory management, barcode scanning, label printing, and shipping systems
- Maintain integrations with shipping platforms, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners
- Improve inventory accuracy, operational workflows, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
- 5 years of experience in EDI, ERP, IT, or supply-chain systems management
- Strong understanding of retail EDI transaction sets and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (required)
- Experience supporting SalesPad and warehouse or distribution technologies
- Ability to manage system integrations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams
- Experience in consumer products, publishing, or retail distribution environments
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data integrations
- Experience supporting warehouse automation, fulfillment systems, or 3PL integrations
