Eagle STAR/PACE L2/L3 Production Support Analyst Developer

Seeking an experienced Eagle STAR and PACE professional to support and enhance investment management applications in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on production support with development activities focused on platform stability, performance, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Support deployments, post-release validation, and process improvements.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to Eagle STAR/PACE enhancements and development.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Eagle STAR Performance & Reporting and Eagle PACE.
• Knowledge of Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, and Ratings workflows.
• Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of the Eagle Data Model.
• Experience with Control-M or Autosys.
• Familiarity with SDLC, change management, and release processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong investment/asset management domain knowledge.
• 6 years of IT experience with 4 years supporting Eagle STAR/PACE in L2/L3 environments.

• Exposure to FactSet or similar performance systems.
• Experience with Eagle Accounting and performance attribution.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
