Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Manage and maintain accurate job costing systems and ensure proper allocation of project costs.
- Prepare and analyse Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports to track project performance and profitability.
- Administer and supervise payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accuracy in reporting.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget and ongoing financial forecasts.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to improve cost control and financial efficiency.
- Lead audits, both internal and external, and ensure timely resolution of any findings.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of Controller-level experience.
- Strong expertise in Construction Accounting, Job costing, and WIP reporting.
- Strong experience in manage Payroll, Annual Budget, and Forecasts.
