Key Responsibilities
<>Enterprise Product Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise products and platforms.
- Establish governance frameworks covering demand intake, prioritization, lifecycle management, and success metrics.
- Ensure enterprise product investments are aligned with business objectives and deliver clear outcomes.
- Balance innovation, risk management, scalability, and operational reliability across the portfolio.
- Provide leadership oversight of enterprise platforms, including but not limited to:
- Core business systems such as ERP, CRM, service management, identity, and integration platforms
- Specialized business and operational systems supporting regulated and complex workflows
- Workflow automation, analytics, and AIenabled solutions
- Ensure platforms are integrated effectively to enable secure data exchange, reporting, and operational transparency.
- Guide prioritization and tradeoff decisions across competing initiatives, technical debt, and resource constraints.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers responsible for enterprise platforms and systems.
- Set clear performance expectations, objectives, and development plans for product team members.
- Foster a strong product culture centered on user needs, datadriven decision making, and collaboration.
- Champion modern product practices, including outcomebased roadmaps and metricsled delivery.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into product initiatives.
- Work closely with IT, Security, Architecture, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and risk requirements.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Provide executive oversight of enterprise vendors in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Ensure vendors meet performance, security, and contractual obligations.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for enterprise product investments.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in product processes, tooling, and operating models.
- Support additional initiatives and responsibilities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of experience in product management, product leadership, or enterprise systems roles.
- 5 years of people management experience, including managing Product Managers or equivalent roles.
- Experience overseeing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, workflow automation, identity management, or service management tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise environments, integrations, data flows, and operational workflows.
- Experience working in regulated or complex operating environments preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with technology, security, compliance, and senior leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and decisionmaking skills.
