Responsibilities
- Create and modify digital assets across various platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Utilize design software to version ads according to vendor specifications, demonstrating design-thinking skills.
- Assist in making adjustments to designs based on feedback, including content hierarchy and visual elements.
- Implement and communicate production processes effectively within the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
- Maintain organized files and follow strict naming conventions for project assets.
- Prepare logos and ensure meticulous time tracking for tasks.
- Conduct audits of digital files as necessary and complete other assigned duties.
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
- Proficiency in design programs such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in image retouching and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of motion design or animation techniques.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital production work.
