Desktop Systems Specialist
Location: Fremont, California (Onsite)
Role Overview
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, and servers within a diverse environment. The successful candidate will also manage passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment and communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.

- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct training programs for computer users on basic and specialized applications.
- Ability to image, configure, and deploy devices efficiently.
- Understanding of the device lifecycle, including build, deployment, and reclamation or disposal.
- Familiarity with provisioning, compliance checks, and endpoint management.
