Job Description:

Job Description: Desktop System Engineer

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware for end users.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint security in coordination with IT policies.
  • Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/macOS), software conflicts, network connectivity, and performance problems.
  • Deploy patches, updates, antivirus solutions, and ensure systems comply with security standards.
  • Support IT asset management, including tracking, inventory, and lifecycle management of devices.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding users, including system setup and data migration.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal downtime.
