Position Details
- Location: Salem, VA (Candidates must be local to the Roanoke/Salem area).
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM).
- Interview Process: Choice of In-Person or Remote (In-Person preferred).
- Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (position involves operating a fleet vehicle).
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for field-based staff.
- Act as a technology consultant to help users implement innovative tools for daily job functions.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage requests through a tracking system.
- (Desired) Create training documentation and provide 1-on-1 tech guidance to staff.
- Microsoft Expert: Advanced skills in Windows, SharePoint, O365, and MS Teams.
- Hardware Pro: Deep experience managing/troubleshooting laptops and wireless devices.
- Service-Oriented: A "customer-first" attitude with elite verbal and written communication skills.
- Enterprise Savvy: Experience with help desk tracking tools and managing devices in a large-scale environment.
