Required Skills:
- Windows desktop/laptop deployment and configuration
- Hardware setup: monitors, docking stations, printers, peripherals
- Basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing/documentation systems
- Ability to travel within Maricopa County
- SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or imaging tools
- Desktop refresh/deployment project experience
- Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting
- Enterprise or government IT support experience
- 3 years of desktop support or technical support experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona Driver s License required.
