The role encompasses comprehensive ownership of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions and related integrations:
- Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions including Cases, Activities, Queues, SLAs, and ARC, Email Template management, PCF controls
- Build and maintain complex Power Automate flows for email-to-case, ARC logic, routing, and exception handling
- Manage and troubleshoot email integration (Exchange sync, mailbox configuration, correlation logic, disclaimer handling)
- Promote solutions safely across DEV → UAT → PROD, including hotfixes and rollback planning
- Participate in UAT readiness, go-live checklists, and post-deployment validation
