Key Responsibilities
- Develop and format high-quality executive-level presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) for leadership meetings, town halls, and strategic initiatives
- Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company messaging
- Create and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and communication campaigns
- Coordinate and lead communication for town halls, including messaging, materials, etc
- Develop engaging content to promote organizational initiatives and foster employee engagement
- Serve as a SharePoint power user to maintain and enhance internal sites
- Ensure global Finance teams have easy access to up-to-date training materials, documentation, and resources
- Organize and manage content libraries to improve usability and accessibility
- Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to align messaging and communication strategies
- Support global communication efforts across multiple regions and time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a similar role
- Proven experience supporting executive-level communications and presentation development
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience creating newsletters or internal communication publications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Power user in SharePoint (content management, site maintenance)
- Marketing or branding experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and messaging clarity
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Must be able to provide samples of previous work (e.g., presentations, newsletters, communication materials)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule based in Houston, TX
