Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core, and Google Vertex AI
- Build agent workflows including intent handling, tool calling, memory usage, and multistep task execution
- Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and grounding strategies to ensure consistent agent behavior
- Implement RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) patterns using enterprise data sources, APIs, and document repositories
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems and APIs (ServiceNow, internal platforms, cloud services)
- Deploy and manage agents across development, test, and production environments
- Implement security controls including identity, authorization, and data access boundaries for agents
- Support monitoring, logging, and usage analysis to improve agent quality, reliability, and performance
- Troubleshoot agent behavior, tool failures, and integration issues
- Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to deliver approved agent use cases
- Contribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and deployment playbooks
- 5 years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering
- Handson experience building LLMbased applications or AI agents
- Strong development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience deploying services in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong experience with APIs, authentication, and integrations
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform extensions
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services or Google Vertex AI
- Familiarity with agent concepts (tool calling, memory, orchestration)
- Experience implementing RAG architectures
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion
- Experience operating applications in enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills
