Role Overview
The Construction CSA Quality Specialist supports quality oversight for pharmaceutical and industrial construction projects, with a focus on core & shell and interior fit‑out phases. This role is construction‑focused and does not require civil scope expertise.
Key Focus Areas
Construction Quality Assurance (QA) for CSA scopes
Core & shell construction and GMP fit‑out quality oversight
Pharmaceutical and industrial facilities
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site CSA quality oversight during construction and fit‑out activities
Review and verify construction work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and GMP expectations
Support inspection, punch list development, and closeout activities
Interface with construction teams, subcontractors, and project management to resolve quality issues
Ensure quality alignment across architectural, structural, and enclosure scopes (excluding civil)
Required Experience
20 years overall construction experience
10 years dedicated to Construction Quality Assurance
Demonstrated experience on pharmaceutical and industrial projects
Strong background in core & shell and fit‑out phases
Hands‑on construction‑site QA experience (not design‑only)
Notes
Civil engineering degree not required, construction focused
Role is focused on construction execution and quality oversight
