Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Construction Quality

We're seeking an experienced Construction CSA Quality Specialist to support large-scale pharmaceutical and industrial construction projects. This role is focused on on-site quality oversight across core & shell and interior fit-out phases, ensuring alignment with construction standards and GMP expectations.

• Provide on-site quality oversight for CSA (Civil / Structural / Architectural) construction and fit-out activities
• Review and verify construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and GMP requirements
• Support inspections, punch list development, and project closeout activities
• Partner with construction teams, subcontractors, and project leadership to identify and resolve quality issues
• Ensure quality alignment across architectural, structural, and building enclosure scopes (civil not included)
  
  

• 20 years of overall construction experience
• 10 years focused specifically on Construction Quality Assurance (QA)
• Strong experience supporting pharmaceutical and/or industrial facility projects
• Proven background in core & shell construction and interior fit-out phases
• Hands-on, on-site QA experience (not design-only)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution in active construction environments
