- 3 years as a Change Analyst, Change Manager, or Change Coordinator leading change projects.
- Experience in end to end change management supporting large, complex programs with multiple projects running simultaneously - from the impact
- Someone that is comfortable working in partnership with all levels in the org including Sr. Leadership from a stakeholder and business management perspective - candidate will need experience in program and stakeholder/user communications such as supporting with writing program communications and providing advice and guidance in this space so that the stakeholder experience and engagement is top of mind
