Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, work tracking, and requirements traceability.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in business relationship management (BRM) and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and user story refinement.
• Experience in testing coordination, test scenario execution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Map and evaluate complex business workflows to identify operational process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate alignment and resolve expectations between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements prioritization.
• Manage technical project documentation, roadmap tracking, and milestone progress status reporting.
• Coordinate testing scenarios and validate delivered solutions against baseline business expectations.
• Escalate project risks, technical blockers, and scope concerns to leadership teams.
