Job Duties
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Coordinate priorities across multiple business units to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and ongoing governance activities.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business partners, IT teams, and external stakeholders.
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements to support project initiatives.
- Assist with high-level business process documentation and workflow analysis.
- Support decision-making discussions by translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Review requirements for completeness and assist with validating solution functionality.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and confirm deliverables meet business expectations.
- Work within Agile delivery teams to support backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to track work items, maintain visibility into project progress, and support SDLC activities.
- 5 years of experience supporting Agile teams and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- 5 years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Business Relationship Manager (BRM), Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- 3 years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools.
- 3 years of experience coordinating testing activities and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- 3 years of experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
- 3 years of experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination.
