In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.

Diversified Systems is searching for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to provide coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units. The resource will ensure effective alignment between business partners and ESO IT by managing priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication. In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead light-to-moderate project management duties, including organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, maintaining risks and issues, and supporting typical ongoing governance routines.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and that IT solutions align with strategic goals.
- Provide focused business analysis support, including assisting with requirements clarification, documenting processes at a high level, and supporting decision-making discussions.
- Provide limited testing support, including reviewing requirements for completeness, validating solution behaviors, and confirming that final deliverables meet business needs.
- Support backlog management activities.
- Refine user stories and coordinate sprint activities.
- Ensure traceability across the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to effective visibility of work and promote consistent communication between business and IT teams.
- Support Agile teams and standard SDLC practices.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT organizations.
- 5 years of experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes required.
- 5 years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements required.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Relationship Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role required.
- 3 years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools required.
- 3 years of experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT required.
- 3 years of experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues required.
- 3 years of experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination required.
- 5 years of experience facilitating stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT required.
- 3-5 years of experience documenting business processes at a high level and supporting clarification of requirements required.
- Technical & Methodology Expertise:
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps required.
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks required.
- Practical experience with standard SDLC practices required.
