About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to support Finance, Treasury, and Data Analytics initiatives. This role will focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable data models and delivering high-quality reporting and insights for Treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to gather and understand complex requirements
• Translate business needs into analytical models and reporting solutions
• Design and develop data models and pipelines for Treasury reporting
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting platforms
• Support OLAP reporting and enterprise analytics solutions
• Apply strong data governance and data quality practices
  
  

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Business & Data Analytics

• Strong expertise in translating complex business requirements into analytical models, especially for Treasury reporting
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data Modeling
• T-SQL
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Factory
• Data Pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• OLAP reporting systems
  
  

Data Governance & Management

• Broad knowledge of:
• Data Governance (DG)
• Data Quality (DQ)
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data Lineage and Metadata Management
• IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud) or similar tools
  
  

Communication & Collaboration

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams
• Strong ability to present technical insights in a clear business-friendly manner
  
  

Additional Must Have (Preferred Technical Exposure)

• Working knowledge or exposure to:
• Python
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Databricks
