About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to support Finance, Treasury, and Data Analytics initiatives. This role will focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable data models and delivering high-quality reporting and insights for Treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to gather and understand complex requirements
- Translate business needs into analytical models and reporting solutions
- Design and develop data models and pipelines for Treasury reporting
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting platforms
- Support OLAP reporting and enterprise analytics solutions
- Apply strong data governance and data quality practices
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Business & Data Analytics
- Strong expertise in translating complex business requirements into analytical models, especially for Treasury reporting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data Modeling
- T-SQL
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Azure Data Factory
- Data Pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- OLAP reporting systems
Data Governance & Management
- Broad knowledge of:
- Data Governance (DG)
- Data Quality (DQ)
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Data Lineage and Metadata Management
- IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud) or similar tools
Communication & Collaboration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams
- Strong ability to present technical insights in a clear business-friendly manner
Additional Must Have (Preferred Technical Exposure)
- Working knowledge or exposure to:
- Python
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Databricks
- Power BI
