- Provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support.
- Handle inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Deliver break/fix support, fault diagnosis, and resolution for hardware/software/application issues.
- Support core operating systems and approved application suites.
- Ideal candidate: 2–3 years of Windows Desktop support experience.
- First/second-level contact and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for complex AV issues.
- Maintain timely communication and ticket updates.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (XP–10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized apps.
- Basic Mac OS support for Apple users.
- Printer and hardware installation/troubleshooting.
- Preventive maintenance and remedial repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose network connectivity and workstation issues.
- Broad IT exposure: networks, servers, AV, smart devices, telecoms.
- Work flexibly in project-based environments.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
- Certifications: CompTIA A , MCP (or higher).
- Minimum 18 months IT experience.
- Skills: Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, enterprise AV solutions, helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Mobile device management (iOS/Android), encryption solutions, AD-based PC/laptop management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet SLAs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Willingness to work off-hours/weekends for projects or emergencies.
