We are seeking a Application Support to provide high-level front-end and back-end support for 3rd-party enterprise applications. This is a senior-tier role requiring a blend of system administration, application debugging, and database development.

Core Technical Skills

To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate advanced proficiency in:

• Application Support: 7 years of experience in front and back-end support for 3rd-party enterprise products (deployment, modification, and debugging).
• Scripting & Logic: 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and Groovy Script.
• Database Development: 5 years of experience writing SQL and stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL and MS T-SQL).
• Programming Foundations: Experience with Java, XML, and Oracle databases.
  
  

Highly Desired Experience

• Asset Management Systems: Specific experience with Agile Assets or Trimble Asset Management systems is a major plus.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues and errors.
• Analyze and design software modifications to meet specific user needs.
• Perform data analysis and write stored procedures to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct training for software/hardware users and mentor junior staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Residency: Candidates must be local to the Atlanta Metro area.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED minimum 2 years of relevant IT education or experience.
