Job Title: IT Senior Support Specialist 3
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week)
Duration: May 2026 – June 2027

Pay Rate: $53.75/hr on W2/1099
Job Summary:
Provide technical support for enterprise (3rd party) applications. Troubleshoot issues, support users, and help improve system performance. May also assist with training and lead support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-end and back-end application support
• Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues
• Support deployment, configuration, and debugging of applications
• Perform data analysis and write SQL queries/stored procedures
• Assist with system improvements and modifications
• Train users and support staff when needed
Required Skills:
• 5–7 years of technical support experience (applications)
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and databases (Oracle/MS SQL)
• Experience in debugging, scripting, and application support
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Agile Assets / Trimble Asset Management
• Experience supporting Java-based web applications
• Knowledge of Groovy Script, XML
