Hansen Talent Group is seeking an Audio/Visual Technology Support Specialist to support a large enterprise IT environment. This onsite role focuses on enterprise A/V systems, research and testing of emerging technologies, and hands-on support of conference room and collaboration solutions to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
What You’ll Do
- Research, test, and evaluate hardware and software supporting the organization’s A/V and collaboration technologies
- Assist with installation, operational support, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise A/V equipment
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrated audio/video conferencing solutions
- Review and recommend new A/V hardware and software to align with long-term business needs
- Test products to ensure functionality, security, and compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Crestron and Extron systems
- Partner with vendors, operations, architecture teams, and management to support technology lifecycle planning
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure users remain productive and supported
- Strong troubleshooting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of an IT organization
- Strong attention to detail and sound technical judgment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-platform, enterprise environment
- Ability to respond to business-critical support needs, including off-hours as required
- Hands-on experience with Crestron and Extron A/V systems
- Microsoft Teams Rooms support experience
- Audio & Video installation and operational support experience
- Video conferencing and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Microsoft Office; additional tools vary based on supported technologies
