Job Description

Our client is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting AWS-based contact center solutions. This role focuses on Amazon Connect configuration, AWS cloud architecture, automation, and scripting in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions
• Build and maintain Contact Flows, CCP, Queues, Routing Profiles
• Manage Agent and Agent Hierarchy administration
• Develop integrations using AWS Lambda and scripting
• Work with S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Follow ITIL processes using service desk ticketing tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
