Our client is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting AWS-based contact center solutions. This role focuses on Amazon Connect configuration, AWS cloud architecture, automation, and scripting in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Build and maintain Contact Flows, CCP, Queues, Routing Profiles
- Manage Agent and Agent Hierarchy administration
- Develop integrations using AWS Lambda and scripting
- Work with S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Follow ITIL processes using service desk ticketing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required Skills (2-3 Years)
- Amazon Connect (hands-on)
- AWS Cloud Architecture
- Automation and Scripting
- JavaScript, Node.js, or Python
- AWS Lambda
- S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
