Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, UX designers, and backend developers.
- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of AEM applications.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of AEM-related issues.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Optimize content delivery and caching strategies using Dispatcher.
- 8 12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on AEM development.
- Expertise in AEM 6.x, including:
- Sling Models
- OSGi Services
- JCR Repository
- HTL (Sightly)
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with build tools such as Maven and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, Target, Campaign).
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
- Adobe Certified AEM Developer/Architect certification is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
