The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution, driving scalable, customer-centric digital experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AEM-based digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and marketing to gather and prioritize requirements aligned with business goals.

  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences.
  • Manage integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Audience Manager.
  • Ensure effective use of personalization, content management, and digital asset management capabilities.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user behavior; continuously optimize the platform.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across global teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud innovations and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital platforms.

    • Adobe Audience Manager / CDP
  • Experience managing AEM Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and AEM architecture (Sling, JCR, OSGi) – not for coding, but for effective collaboration.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Proven experience in defining product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe Agile is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and Adobe Managed Services.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience in personalization, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, web performance, and digital analytics.
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Cloud or Agile frameworks is a plus.
