The manager of Data Engineering is responsible for the creation and execution of a roadmap for the marketing data team including data capture, storage, and analysis. This will require a strong knowledge of both core data engineering skills (pipelines, ingestion, data transformation), as well as marketing analytics tools, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Other responsibilities include performance management for a small team (3-5), data quality & governance, data standards & best practices, data governance, and coordinating with marketing, business, and other analytics stakeholders.

- 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- 5 Years of experience within the adobe ecosystem
- Super collaboration & Communication skills
- Knowledge of core data engineering skills
- Data Quality

- SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Marketing, Analytics, or similar
- Prior direct people leadership is preferred but not required
- 50% Hands On
- 30% Management
