ABOUT THE ROLE
One of our clients, a leader in the building materials industry, is seeking a Cement Technician for their Whitehall plant. The primary responsibility is to maintain the supply of tires for the kiln delivery system, including loading tires and managing trailer rotations.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Load tires onto hooks for the kiln delivery system.
- Manage trailer logistics at the dock (moving full trailers, removing empty ones).
- Conduct necessary sampling, record-keeping, and paperwork.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and report operational issues to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Physicality: Ability to lift tires (20–100 lbs) and work in extreme climates/temperatures.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating yard tractors, forklifts, or bobcats.
- Schedule: Ability to adhere to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts).

- Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
