This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and AI-driven solutions to improve compliance processes, minimize risk, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build expertise in compliance systems and processes while staying updated with regulatory requirements
- Deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions to improve compliance decision-making
- Support implementation of compliance technology initiatives, including AI-based tools
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT, and Sourcing teams to drive alignment and execution
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to track compliance metrics
- Monitor industry trends in AI and analytics to recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of at least one compliance domain with willingness to expand knowledge
- Experience with compliance technologies and systems
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, especially Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience in a corporate compliance role
