In this role, you will impact the overall compliance posture of our organization, enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.
You will report directly to our compliance management team and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or or Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

Compliance Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Work in and build expertise in key compliance systems and processes, ensuring to remain up-to-date with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Deliver data-driven and analytical solutions, utilizing AI technologies to enhance compliance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Support the execution of key compliance technology initiatives, including the integration of AI tools that improve data processing and compliance workflows.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, IT, and Sourcing teams to deliver crucial compliance solutions. Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and success in compliance initiatives.
- Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau to communicate compliance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and data analytics relevant to compliance and propose innovative solutions to the compliance team.
YOU MUST HAVE
- A solid understanding of at least one key compliance area with the ability and desire to expand knowledge across the entire compliance landscape.
- Experience in at least one key compliance technology area and a willingness to broaden expertise across critical compliance systems.
- Familiarity with data and visualization tools, specifically with experience leveraging an enterprise data warehouse and dashboard solutions, particularly Tableau, for analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in a compliance role within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
