Job Summary:
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The Test Site Operations Associate will assist in planning, coordination, and execution of flight test operations, ensuring equipment quality and supporting on-site maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Assist test engineers with various operational tasks during engineering activities.
• Oversee deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring equipment quality and maintaining stock levels.
• Provide support for on-site vehicle maintenance.
• Supporting operations as a visual observer.
• Assist the site lead with equipment upkeep, maintaining site cleanliness, and related duties.
• Travel between test sites as required by testing needs and team priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 certificate.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours.
• Excellent customer service aptitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead without support.
• GED or higher.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with Pixhawk, Arduplane/Orange Cube, PX4, and other open-source flight controllers.
• Experience handling LiPO/LiON batteries.
• Knowledge of RC control systems (Futaba, Spektrum, JR, Radiomaster).
• Fire safety training.
• First Aid certification.
