Job Summary:

They are seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Security & Operations Specialist to oversee IT security, manage infrastructure, and coordinate with global headquarters for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee, evaluate technologies, and maintain the company's IT, including its infrastructure (including servers, networks, storage, and communication systems), ensuring optimal performance and availability
• • Monitor networks, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments for security threats and anomalies
• • Respond to security incidents following defined procedures and assist in remediation efforts
• • Operate and maintain security systems such as firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and other tools
• • Escalate critical security issues to management and headquarters when necessary
• • Administer Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and system access control
• • Support internal IT platforms (WMS, CIC, EDMS, Groupware) and resolve system-related issues
• • Perform user management, role assignment, and basic troubleshooting
• • Maintain stable operation of servers and infrastructure through regular monitoring and updates
• • Act as the main contact point for system issues and service requests
• • Log and analyze incidents, and coordinate issue resolution with headquarters IT teams
• • Prepare reports and share findings with HQ to align on improvement plans and policies
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Basic knowledge of IT security and system administration preferred
