Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst will work with the Data Analytics team to solve company problems and provide insights, utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the collection and definition of requirements for new advanced analytics related projects
• Work with business SMEs to identify opportunities to leverage advanced Analytics, leveraging Computational Statistics, Machine Learning, and other Advanced Analytic processes
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and deliver actionable recommendations based on the findings
• Work closely with planning, Ops, and MFG teams to increase Supply, Inventory, Operational, and Production based forecasts.
• Automate other manual forecasting processes.
• Plan, execute, maintain and successfully deliver on assigned projects
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Science, Technical Computer Science, or another mathematically intensive field OR a Master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or another related field.
• 2 Years working as a Data Scientist utilizing advanced analytics tools and solutions
• Experience in R or Python (Python preferred)
• Experience in statistical packages for R or Python (e.g., Pandas, Seaborn)
• Experience in Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras/Tensorflow, PyTorch)
• Experience with time series forecasting models (e.g., AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average, Temporal Convolutional Networks, Long Short-Term Memory Recurrent Neural Networks)
• Experience using statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, R, SAS, Python, etc
• Experience with standard model development workflows (e.g, MLFlow)
Preferred:
• Coding experience with C#, Visual Basic .NET, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and DevExpress is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of ANSI SQL and how to manipulate and retrieve data
• Ability to make visualizations and tools to help others comprehend difficult topics
• Experience with Agile software development (i.e., Jira and Confluence)
• Business intelligence data visualization experience using Power BI.
• SAP ERP experience is a plus but not required
