Job Summary:

Accenture Federal Services is a leading US federal services company dedicated to improving the nation's strength and safety through technology. The Oracle Peoplesoft Functional Design Consultant will lead business process re-engineering efforts, supervise analysts, and design payroll processes to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead business process re-engineering activities of time and attendance and payroll processes.

• Supervise business analysts in support of these activities.

• Analyze client organization and design payroll processes and integrating systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

• Research, gather and synthesize information to support change management activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience designing business processes and operating models required (preferred experience with Payroll processes).

• Experience troubleshooting issues with payroll and time and attendance Tier 2 and Tier 3 service tickets.

• Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases.

• Experience gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.

• Active Secret clearance

• US Citizenship required

• Experience working with federal clients
