Job Summary:
Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is a leading provider in mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services. Northstar Fire Protection is looking for an Assistant Fire Alarm Manager to assist in the design, bill of materials, and scheduling of fire alarm projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the design, bill of materials, and scheduling of fire alarm projects.
• Assist in tasks related to the sales and estimation of alarm products.
• Responsible for documentation and job logs.
• Coordinate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for Alarm Department needs and progress.
• Assist field and office staff.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Excellent communication with team members and project staff.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
Preferred:
• Experience in Fire Protection or Electrical Building Systems is a plus
• NICET certification is a plus
• Interested in high paced, large construction projects.
