Responsibilities:

• Define, steward, and promote the product vision and strategy for vertical and functional stakeholder digital assets in alignment with enterprise goals.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle—strategy, continuous discovery, delivery, adoption, and optimization—while concentrating on achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize opportunities, translate objectives into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that the product aligns with business imperatives.

• Collaborate with Business Process Analysts to ensure solutions create and enable optimized, scalable, and efficient workflows across functions.

• Lead change management initiatives through proven frameworks (e.g. ADKAR) to enhance adoption, engagement, and behavioral change across stakeholder groups.

• Align the product’s technical roadmap with broader business objectives, enterprise system architecture, and long-term strategic priorities.

• Proactively identify and mitigate cross-functional constraints, risks, and dependencies that impact product success.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on ROI, business imperatives, user feedback, and insights from continuous discovery.

• Drive product releases and delivery through close collaboration with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.

• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing, enable system integrations, ensure environment readiness, and configure applications in collaboration with the team according to technical and functional requirements.

• Ensure clear and actionable product documentation, including user stories, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans, is maintained.

• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Actively manage relationships with third-party vendors, oversee support cases and system upgrades, facilitate technical improvements, and ensure compliance with service level expectations.

• Oversee incident management, escalate technical issues, and manage resolution processes to ensure operational stability and maintain product quality.

• Evaluate the technical feasibility and risks associated with product features and changes; ensure that the product aligns with technical standards and supports enterprise architecture.

• Ensure products remain defect-free, secure, and continue to provide real business value throughout their lifecycle.

• Support ongoing operational tasks to improve product reliability, anticipate business needs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
