Job Summary:
NTT DATA North America is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services. They are seeking a Program Manager - Data & Analytics to create and execute project plans, mentor clients, and manage risks while delivering data-related projects across various industries.
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
• Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.
• Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).
• Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
• Proactively manage risk and influence others.
• Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.
• Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8 years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related (data strategy, data architecture, data governance) projects.
• Must be willing to work onsite 5 days/week in San Diego, CA
• Ability to travel at least 25%
Preferred:
• 10 years of enterprise Technical Program Management experience supporting data projects.
• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• "Big 4" Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
