Job Summary:
Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support their growing Security Scanner business. The role involves providing a broad range of support to the planning and execution of security scanner projects, including project schedules, budgets, and documentation for US Government contracts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop / Track Project Schedules and Budgets
• Develop / Submit US Government forms and reports
• Develop milestone invoice plans and track revenue recognition
• Develop / Submit monthly invoices for USG SLA program
• Develop US Government documentation contract deliverables
• Maintain unit status reports and installation footprint maps
• Provide inputs for project review status KPIs for schedule, budget and risk management
• Coordinate meeting minutes and action items for internal and customer meetings
• Participate in the development of business processes in the program management area
• Requirements matrix development
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in project management, business, supply chain or sales operations.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills—able to work on many varied projects at once while making progress in all.
• Advanced skills with: MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and MS Teams.
• Detail oriented, problem solver and highly organized.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and persistent with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel required.
• Candidates must be US citizens or have valid work authorization.
Preferred:
• Experience with Sharepoint, Earned Value Management (EVM), MS Project scheduling, Smartsheet, Confluence, and SAP.
