Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support our growing Security Scanner business. This position is based out of our Columbia, MD headquarters. Remote-work or other R&S office locations may be considered for exceptional candidates. This position will report into the Security Scanner group in the Program Management Office and will provide a broad range of support to the planning and execution of the security scanner projects. Ideal candidates will have project management experience, with a demonstrated strong ability to manage, organize and provide the highest level of accuracy, timeliness and dedication.
Your tasks
- Develop / Track Project Schedules and Budgets
- Develop / Submit US Government forms and reports
- Develop milestone invoice plans and track revenue recognition
- Develop / Submit monthly invoices for USG SLA program
- Develop US Government documentation contract deliverables
- Maintain unit status reports and installation footprint maps
- Provide inputs for project review status KPIs for schedule, budget and risk management
- Coordinate meeting minutes and action items for internal and customer meetings
- Participate in the development of business processes in the program management area
- Requirements matrix development

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in project management, business, supply chain or sales operations.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills—able to work on many varied projects at once while making progress in all.
- Advanced skills with: MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and MS Teams. Desired: Experience with
- point, Earned Value Management (EVM), MS Project scheduling, Smartsheet, Confluence, and SAP.
- Detail oriented, problem solver and highly organized.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and persistent with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Some travel required, <10%
- In order to be considered, candidates must be US citizens or have valid work authorization.

We are looking forward to receiving your application!The total compensation for this position is $64K-$95K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
