Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop robust ETL workflows, graphs, and mappings to extract, transform, and load data from source to target systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL design, technical specifications, and environment configurations.
• Work with very large databases (20 TBs) and data warehouse implementations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries; work extensively with Oracle databases.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts in a Linux/Unix environment to support ETL processes.
• Collaborate across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results efficiently.
• Manage time effectively and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely solutions.
• Understand and work with data models to ensure proper data structuring for target systems.
• Identify and resolve issues within ETL processes; monitor performance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading into data warehouses or data lakes.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of integrated data; resolve data quality issues and ETL job failures.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases; execute functional testing to validate ETL processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Informatica or Ab Initio ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of ETL design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
