Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance its operations and services. The Azure Cloud Engineer will design and implement scalable data lake architectures on Azure, ensuring high performance and security while supporting DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:
• Support infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices
• Design and implement data lake architectures
• Create detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation and deployment runbooks
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of experience in building and securing a data lake on Azure
• Strong understanding of the Azure Well-Architected Framework, with an emphasis on security, IAM, networking, cost optimization, reliability, and performance efficiency
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking, identity management (RBAC, MSI), data encryption, and logging/monitoring is essential.
• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Preferred:
• Experience managing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
