Responsibilities
• Research, identify, and vet Instagram creators (career, finance, tech, lifestyle niches) who align with Jobright’s target audience of US white-collar professionals
• Manage cold outreach via email and DM, and maintain our sourcing pipeline in Google Sheets
• Support the end-to-end execution of routine influencer campaigns, including briefing creators, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and ensuring content goes live on time per our collaboration agreements
• Review influencer-generated content (Reels, Stories, static posts) against campaign briefs and brand guidelines before publication
• Flag revisions and coordinate with creators on edits
• Pull post-level metrics (views, reach, engagement, link clicks) and update our Campaign Dashboard
• Calculate CPM and other KPIs to evaluate creator and campaign performance
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned creators
• Handle follow-ups, answer questions, and help maintain positive long-term relationships
• Help document and refine our influencer workflows, including our tracking system, outreach templates, and campaign playbook
Qualification
Required
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Active on Instagram and familiar with Reels, Stories, and creator content formats
• Strong organizational skills — you love spreadsheets, checklists, and keeping things on track
• Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting outreach emails and creator briefs
• Self-starter mentality — able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
• Basic understanding of social media metrics (impressions, reach, engagement rate, CPM)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; experience with any influencer marketing tools is a plus
