Job Summary:
OPSWAT is a global leader in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, providing solutions to protect complex networks. The Associate Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical sales resource, assisting the sales team in identifying customer challenges and aligning them with OPSWAT's solutions, while also acting as a liaison to the engineering team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales support to the OPSWAT Commercial and Channel sales team to drive business and product proficiency.
• Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of end customer technical requirements products/solutions.
• Deliver and present detailed responses to RFPs.
• Work with the CIP lab and build re-usable demonstrations.
• Assist with Tradeshow mobile lab builds, repairs, and set up
• Train and certify Mid-market sales team members.
• Present at Mid-market sales team meetings.
• Support proof of concepts, evaluations, and demonstrations as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of cybersecurity or networking software Solutions Engineering or technical sales experience.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Results driven with an entrepreneurial mind set.
• Ability to influence others to achieve results.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Drives results in cross-functional organization.
• Customer focused.
• Dynamic, smart, adaptable, self-starter, and open minded.
• Professional English language and second language is a plus.
Preferred:
• Experience in enterprise software or networking solutions, ideally within the network or device security space.
• Knowledge of Sandbox and anti-malware products and market.
• A technical understanding of APIs.
• Experience working with virtualized and cloud hosted environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience working with CRM software.
