The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy highway construction, excavation, dirt work, and related processes. The successful candidate will also be proficient in B2W, Heavybid, and HCSS. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction crew and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality control regulations.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, effectively allocating resources to ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to construction plans, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage communications with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize B2W, Heavybid, and HCSS software for project management, estimating, and job cost tracking.
- Ensure all construction operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental guidelines and safety standards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Superintendent role within the construction industry, specifically with heavy highway, excavation, and dirt work projects.
- Proficient in using B2W, Heavybid, and HCSS software.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
