Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are a family oriented General Contractor looking for a Senior Estimator to join our growing team. We are a General Contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 years direct experience in ground-up construction, expert knowledge in the means and methods of construction, proven track record of successful accomplishment in all phases of supervision with excellent planning, schedule management, and project site logistics management skills. Other responsibilities include administration of job site safety program, quality management, and overall schedule supervision and coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
Inspection of Contractor or (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract
Maintain good relationships with internal & external clients
Conduct quality inspections
Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules
Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports
Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of Procore
Excellent written, oral communications and management skills
Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
Functions effectively as part of a team
Exhibits strong leadership qualities
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Strong decision making/problem solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Thorough knowledge of subcontract language
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
10 years experience in ground-up construction
OSHA 10 Certification required OSHA 30 Certification preferred
First Aid/CPR certification
Mass Supervisors License or equivalent
Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management
Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
