Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and project progression.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial and multifamily projects in the Boston market preferred.
- MA CSL strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
